Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a 15-minute window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
No, you don’t. Our cleaners will provide all the cleaning products and equipment necessary for your service.
However, if you would prefer for the cleaners to use your equipment or products, then they would be perfectly happy to do so.
That depends on which of our cleaners are available in your area at the time and day you’ve requested the service to take place. For bigger jobs, it’s usually two people, but for smaller jobs it may just be one person.
We want your pets to be as happy as you are when the cleaner comes to do your cleaning, so it is between you and your cleaner to decide on the best option.
